Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

Nope! We provide everything we need to clean your home! The only time you may need to provide something is if you request a special cleaner be used.
 

WHat forms of payment do you take?

We accept cash, check or credit/debit cards

wHY IS THE ARRIVAL WINDOW SO LARGE?

We take care to spend time making sure each home we clean is done right, we don’t rush through anything. Therefore sometimes we may be running a bit behind (or sometimes early if there is a last minute cancellation). Unless you are the first house on our schedule for the day we cannot guarantee a time slot but rest assured that we will take the same time caring for your home.
 

Do i leave a tip?

Tips are not required but are appreciated.
 

Do I need to be home when you come clean?

That is entirely up to you. If you chose not to be present we just need entry instructions. Some options are hiding a key, leaving a key with us, or having a neighbor let us in.
 

Are you pet friendly?

Absolutely! We love animals of all kinds. And we understand that your pup may need a bit of attention when we first arrive in order to calm down and let us clean, but we don’t mind them following us around as long as they aren’t causing issues, they are curious! However, if your pet is known to have “accidents”, is aggressive, or overly excitable and you wont be home to take care of them please make sure to make arrangements for your pet at the time of cleaning.
